Each customized diamond painting canvas is created especially for you using your selected photograph, name, colors, wording, or design preferences. These handcrafted pieces are ideal for celebrating loved ones, pets, weddings, anniversaries, memorials, organizations, and other meaningful occasions.

How to Order

After placing your order, please provide:

• A clear, high-resolution photograph

• The name, wording, or date you would like included

• Your preferred colors or background

• Any special design instructions

• The date the finished piece is needed, if applicable

Clear, well-lit photographs generally produce the best results. Images that are blurry, dark, heavily cropped, or low-resolution may affect the final design. If the submitted image is not suitable, you may be asked to provide another photograph.

Design Approval

A design preview or order summary may be provided before production begins. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, spelling, colors, photographs, and design details.

Once the design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible and may require an additional fee.

Handmade Characteristics

Every diamond painting canvas is completed by hand. Slight variations in color placement, texture, positioning, and appearance are natural and make each piece unique. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and computer or phone screen settings.

Processing Time

Customized diamond painting canvases require additional production time because each piece is individually designed and handcrafted. Processing time will depend on the size and complexity of the design.

Your estimated completion date will be discussed or confirmed before production begins. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on the design and current production schedule.

Custom Order Policy

Because this item is personalized and created specifically for you, all custom diamond painting canvas orders are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of a change of mind.

If the finished item contains an error made by Jessica’s Jeweled Art, arrives damaged, or is materially different from the approved design, please contact us within three calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Errors contained in information, spelling, photographs, colors, or design details provided or approved by the customer are not eligible for a refund or free replacement.

Care Instructions

To help protect your diamond painting canvas:

• Keep it away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight.

• Avoid placing heavy objects against the surface.

• Handle the canvas carefully to prevent the stones from becoming loose.

• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.

• Display the canvas in a frame or protected location for long-term enjoyment.

Frames, easels, hanging hardware, and decorative accessories are not included unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Digital products are non-refundable. All physical products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

**Processing Time:**

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Handmade, personalized, or custom-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended production time will be included in the product description or communicated after your order is placed.

**Shipping Time:**

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

**Shipping Costs:**

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

**Tracking Information:**

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order has shipped.

**Address Accuracy:**

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Jessica’s Jeweled Art LLC is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

**Carrier Delays:**

Jessica’s Jeweled Art LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

**Damaged Packages:**

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so the issue can be reviewed.

**Lost or Missing Packages:**

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. We will assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Personalized and Custom Item Return Policy

Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for each customer, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all names, spelling, colors, dates, photographs, sizing, and design details before production begins. Jessica’s Jeweled Art is not responsible for errors contained in information approved or provided by the customer.

Cancellations may be accepted only before materials have been purchased or work has begun. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, please contact Jessica’s Jeweled Art within three calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund when the problem was caused by damage, a product defect, or an error by Jessica’s Jeweled Art.

Please do not return an item without contacting us and receiving return authorization first.
