Because each piece is handcrafted art, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, your customer satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can review and make it right. If approved, we may offer a replacement, a repair, or a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, as we prioritize customer satisfaction: custom or personalized orders, items made specifically upon request, and digital or DIY kits once opened. These handcrafted art pieces are created with care and are tailored to individual preferences.
